7:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m.  in Room 1-2 in the Parish Activity Center

In his encyclical On Christian Hope, Pope Benedict XVI shows that faith in Christ brings well-founded hope in eternal salvation and helps sustain people through the trials of this world.  Deacon Jack Gulino, presenter.  Topics covered in this 7-week workshop are lessons on themes of Christian Hope and the positive changes it brings.

The Gospel in Action

Held weekly on Mondays, September 8, 2008 thru October 27, 2008,
7:00 - 9:00 p.m in the Parish Hall.

An 8-week series on "The 7 Themes from Catholic Social Teachings" and ending with "Faithful Citizenship".  Each week a guest speaker will present one of the seven themes.  The last night will include discussion on making sound moral and political choices. We will learn together how we can make a difference.  Sponsored by the Office of Peace and Social Justice, Leticia Martinez, Director.

 The same class held on three different days each week:
Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Genesis sets the stage for God's plan of redemption and plants the seed from which many important doctrines an d Christian teachings unfold in the rest of the Bible.  There is a wealth of inspired wisdom in this 30- week DVD lecture series.

Wednesday Morning Scripture Study

Group meets every Wednesday morning

Some of the most memorable teachings of Jesus were delivered as the parables and are found in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke.  This  Little Rock Scripture Study explores those parables and explores how they offer a glimpse into the Kingdom of God and invite us to think in new and fresh ways.
