Keep Moving Forward

The Lord instructed the disciples to “move on to the next place.” They were to continue their work. This instruction points out that we are to remain purposeful and focused on our mission. The problem of rejection, or even of various difficulties, should not prevent us from moving forward. The Lord wants us to remain positive. We can remain positive and focused when we are a people of prayer, love, and reflection. We can remain purposeful and mindful of our mission when we take the time to reflect, to study, and to pray. We also need to refresh ourselves and be mindful of our limits. We may need to take the time to play and be joyful in the creation in which the Almighty has given us to live. Most importantly, as followers of the Lord, we need to keep moving forward in our goal to share the promises of Christ.
