Parish Update - October 6

Dear Parish Family at Seton,

This past Sunday we hosted the high school  CREW prayer event with around a hundred students and parents participating. It was an hour of prayer and reflection with the opportunity for Reconciliation or Confession. We also celebrated Solemn Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. It was good to see our young people, and their families, engaged in the "work of prayer" for themselves and our world.

We are sponsoring a  special outdoor concert called " Together We Gather - Music Fest". Some of our musically gifted parish members will perform. This will take place on Saturday evening, October 17th from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. in the  south parking lot of the Faith Formation Center. That is  west of Independence Parkway.

Bring your own lawn chair and food, or you can purchase "hotdog baskets" and beverages, from the  Knights of Columbus. If you would like to donate canned food items to  Love Truck, several collection containers will be provided. 

Everyone will have  their own designated space safely distanced from others. The fall weather should be beautiful. Please come and enjoy. Spaces are limited and everyone  needs to RSVP ahead of time. When the spots are filled, we cannot provide more. You may sign up at the link below.
