Communion Closet

We recognize that clothing for your child's First Communion can be expensive and may not fit into a family's budget.  It can be hard to justify the expense for clothing that may be worn once—especially those dresses and veils. 

Communion Closet will Open by Appointment

Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5pm through April 23rd.
Please call before coming so we may open up the room for you.

We are excited to open our doors for you to browse the Communion Closet this year. Enter the building via the east entrance, near the St. Elizabeth Seton statue.  One parent will be permitted to accompany their student during your appointment time. We will follow the protocol for safety of families. If you or your child are showing any symptoms (fever, cough, etc.) please do not come in. We can reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better. Please wear a mask and maintain 6 feet physical distance with all non-family members. Once inside please wait near the chapel until a staff member escorts you to the clothing room. Rooms will be cleaned between each appointment.  No food or drink will be allowed.  If you have any questions please call 972-298-5400 ext. 4288 for Beth Ann Apt and ext. 4264 for Denise Gilbert.

Seton holds a “Communion Closet”  each year

• Families from Seton & surrounding parishes can shop

• 1st Communion dresses, veils, Boy’s suits, slacks, dress shirts and ties. 

• We ask for Donations of New and Gently Used items—professionally cleaned please.

• Rooms will be set up to try on clothing.

• Items chosen are yours to keep—FREE OF CHARGE
