Mourning Freedom: It is true freedom to be able to mourn and grieve. Learn about the process of grief. There are “stages”, “phases”, “processes”. We will talk about what is “normal” in a grieving process and how to know if you or someone you know is alright or could use some additional help with grief and mourning. We will also discuss the difference between grief and mourning and the importance of both.
This is a group that you come to as you can. If you’ve suffered the loss of a loved one and don’t feel ready yet to commit to a weekly series then this group is for you. We meet once a month on the 4th Thursdays, and
meetings alternate each month between meeting in the morning from 10:00am-11:30am and meeting in the evening from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
You do not have to register for the monthly meetings, just come as you need.
