Facilities and Room Set-up Options

• Accessing  and selecting room set-ups
  • Use Room Set-Up Index as a guide to find or create set-up configuration for your needs.

• For “one time” meetings or events:
  • Find current set-up, which best fits your needs by # of tables etc. (It doesn't matter which group's name it was previously associated with.  If the 601F Set-up,3100, Room 108 - Shawl Ministry works for your group say use "601F" for your event)
  • Request chosen set-up number at the time of reservation noting any changes to that set up.
  • Or, use a blank master set up for requested room with drawn configuration and send to staff liaison at time of reservation. Be sure to look at other set ups for appropriate size and scale.
  • Title of Set up and specific room not as important as the set up number – as long as requested rooms are same size as set up.

• For a new set-up that will be used more than one time.
  • Use above steps, however please advise staff liaison to assign a new set-up number and how you would like it titled.

• Maintenance staff will have room set up before time reservation starts.

• If you need additional furniture or equipment when you arrive, call maintenance staff on duty. (see maintenance staff schedule) DO NOT get tables and chairs from storage without maintenance staff.
