Seton Habitat Build Update #19 - Dedication

Since our last update, there have been some additional projects completed in the backyard of the duplex.  This includes building the second storage shed and a deck and stairs between the two homes, leading down into the back yard.  (See the pictures.)  
 
We have had some questions regarding our third build.  It will begin in twelve to eighteen months after the Dedication, depending on how long it takes to raise the funds for materials needed.  A house requires approximately $75,000 for materials.  This is usually a combination of cash and in-kind donations such as a roof, HVAC, cabinetry, etc. donated by parishioners.  We will provide additional information and updates about our third build process.
